Hidetaka Yoshimatsu is a Professor of Politics and International Relations at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan. He specializes in trade policy and regionalism in East Asia with publication in numerous journals, including Asian Survey, Pacific Review, New Political Economy, and Review of International Political Economy.
