The aim of this investigation is the evaluation of antioxidant activity of some selected fruit peel extracts (Punica granatum, Malus domestica, Citrus sinensis, Vitis vinifera and Citrullus lanatus). This work is oriented in focussing on the fruit residues as potential source of natural antioxidant in Paneer replacing the synthetic one which may pose several side effects. peels and seeds of many fruits can be considered as a potential source of different antioxidant components, which can be used as effective resource of antioxidants that can be effectively utilized in food, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries instead of toxic synthetic antioxidants.
