Autorenporträt
Venera Gudachi was born in 1977 in Macedonia. She is holding a Master degree in Business Administration with special focus in HRM and strategy planning. Her business experience is related to strategy planning, project cycle management and HR management in development organizations. Some of her works are published in several International Journals.
