He coaches the center's subject matter experts in developing and presenting knowledge to expert audiences, which include organizational leaders, human resource professionals, and scholars. Pete plays a key part in designing CCL's publication strategy and in converting new and existing content across print and electronic media. He authors the policy and protocols for CCL's publishing program.
