Results indicated that organizational culture had a significant relationship with unethical work behaviour (r(274) = .15;p,0.05). Lastly, leadership style and organizational culture jointly predicted unethical work behaviour among employees. [F (2, 273) =3.65, p0.05]. The third study looked at the influence of Perceived racial & gender discrimination on psychological well being. The result showed that racial discrimination and gender discrimination jointly influence psychological well-being implying that both racial and gender discrimination has an impact and could affect the state of well-being at the individual respective state of life.
