Laurea in Servizio Sociale e Master in Gestione Sociale e Risorse Umane presso l'Università Nazionale di San Agustin. Ha lavorato come analista di assistenza sociale presso la Procura della Repubblica del Perù, ex assistente sociale, ex capo della sezione rurale, ex membro del Comitato per la sicurezza dei cittadini, ex brigadiere della difesa nazionale in caso di emergenza.
