The aim of compensation in monetary form for the immaterial (moral) damage is that through the mediation by monetary means the injured person achieve, reach for him/herself a satisfaction, joy (spiritual, intellectual), and in this way to avoid or ease imbalance that has been caused to the psychological and emotional life by causing any physical or mental suffering -theory of reparation, compensation - satisfaction. Compensation for immaterial damage is a way of indemnity to the damaged party, due to violation of personal values. Violation of personal goods occurs when the following are violated: the right to life, physical integrity, health, honor, in cases of spreading untrue allegations against the injured.

Arta Dauti wurde am 23.07.1987 in Prishtina geboren. Sie studierte an der Universität von Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina", Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaften. Im Jahr 2018 verteidigte sie ihre Doktorarbeit und erhielt den Titel eines Doktors der Rechtswissenschaften im Bereich des Zivilrechts. Sie ist Assistenzprofessorin an der juristischen Fakultät der Universität Mitrovica "Isa Boletini" für zivile Fächer.
