Objectives of the study is to analyze the overall operations of Compensation Management of ROBI Axiata Ltd & to identify the importance staff involvement, developing, maintaining and motivating of an effective workforce in ROBI Axiata Ltd. The heart of this report is the part which gives details analysis on compensation practices of ROBI Axiata Ltd. The basic compensation management practice includes the HR policies, Allowances, mode of benefits, transfer reimbursement, leave punishments employee satisfaction. Due to short time span and lack of information availability I just tried to figure out briefly the existing problem, prosperity, difficulties and some area for development.
