The study conducted determined the competencies of nurses on the eleven key areas of responsibilities. The study's respondents were made up of the staff nurses, head nurses and nurse supervisors. The majority of respondents were young. adults. Significantly, the respondents were dominated by females. In terms of educational attainment, mostly finished Bachelor of Science in Nursing while in most responders have servedthree years or below in their positions.
