In recent years Competency Based Learning has been implemented by many Universities around the world. This competency-based model evaluates students according to their mastery of the skills and/or learning outcomes they obtain. José A. Zurita H., is a university professor with more than ten years of experience teaching Strategic Planning, Project Evaluation and Economic Policy. He graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón (Bolivia) as Economist and Master in Business Management. He is also a consultant in Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard.
