Thus, the objective is to address the gerencais skills that are considered essential by the Educational Guidelines of Education in Nursing, which should be taught in the classroom for undergraduate nursing student. Highlight which managerial skills are taught in the classroom by the teacher, their experiences difficulties in teaching based on competence and building critical and reflective thinking about the reality of the social context, including proposing solutions to problems that arise in teaching practice.

Student Nursing by the University Federal in São Paulo, Masters in Nursing in University Guarulhos, Specialization in Obstetric Nursing from University Federal in Amazonas, Specialization in Public Health from Faculty Literatus and Bachelor's at Nursing from Faculty Ingá. Is currently teaching undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
