The author was born in Cheliya,west Shewa-Oromiya,Ethiopia. He completed his elementary and secondary education at Gedo town.He graduated with a BSc degree in Plant Science and then MSc degree in Agronomy from Haramaya University.He is a researcher at Ambo Plant Protection Research Center of Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research.
