The use and development of new learning schemes are necessary to achieve the objectives of higher education institutions, in order to train professionals trained in knowledge, skills and experiences to develop in the workplace. One of the most used techniques that is currently applied successfully in the promotion of learning, is undoubtedly the study based on real cases, which allow students to propose correct and appropriate solutions to the needs of the productive sector. In this work, a case study is presented based on a real product that an association of local producers of poro cheese have been commercializing for many years and for which they are looking for new markets.
