Dan Adam was born and raised in Pennsylvania. The son of Warren and Janet, he was raised to be inquisitive, creative, and taught to never quit. In high school, he attended several courses teaching creative writing and was always encouraged to pursue his creative talents.After high school, he joined the U.S. Army in order to receive job skill training and money for college. In 2003, he met and married the love of his life, Wendy. They spent the next 19 years moving every couple of years as the Army reassigned Dan to different positions in other locations.Dan deployed in 2004 to Iraq, Kuwait in 2007 and 2009, Afghanistan in 2014, and Romania in 2022 and has spent a total of 4 years in various positions in South Korea. He will retire from active duty in 2023 at the rank of Master Sergeant.
