This is why we have chosen to reflect on the theme: "the application of the principles of good corporate governance within the WAEMU: the case of companies listed on the BRVM". Our reflection will be structured in two parts, each headed by an introduction and a conclusion:The first part will be devoted to the context of the study and the theoretical foundations, and will be subdivided into two chapters:- The first chapter will deal with the general context of the study.- The second chapter will present the theoretical foundations (operational definition of key concepts and literature review).The second part will deal with the methodology and results of the study, and will be subdivided into two chapters:- The first chapter deals with the study's methodological approach and the presentation of the analysis variables.- The second chapter will present the study results and recommendations.
