Mycoplasma bovis is a major pathogen of cattle worldwide. Economic losses are mainly due to respiratory infection, mastitis, and arthritis. Nevertheless, Mycoplasma bovis obscure antigenic properties are the bottleneck to specific control of the related pathological disorders with immunological approaches. This study was aimed to elucidate a global antigenic profile and characterize antigens of this pathogen with immunoproteomics, immunoinformatics, gene expression analysis and immunological approaches.
