The benefit of comprehensive care is to reduce hospitalization and unemployment rates, and as a consequence, lower the overall cost of hemophilia (Smith and Levine, 2004). Treatment centers are currently funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and by the CDC to provide comprehensive care and preventive services to persons with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders (Baker., 2005 and Di Michele et al., 2014 ).

Dr. Oday Faris Washeel Al-Fartosy holds a PhD in pediatric Health from Baghdad University / Iraq, currently a university professor at Al-Muthanna University. He is teaching at Dhi-Qar University, Technical Institute and the Institute of Higher Health, all subjects of Pediatric, Psychiatry and Maternity specialization.
