I belong to a small town of India called Cuttack. I completed my mbbs at vssmch,Burla. I got admission in Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU for postgraduation in medicine. Thanks to my parents( Bijay & Puspalata), my sister Susmita, my guide Prof. Ravi Tandon , coguide Dr.SP Mishra and my senior Dr.Pankaj that I have been able to publish this book
