This volume contains 18 contributions to the Third Russian-German Advanced Research Workshop on Computational Science and High Performance Computing presented in July 2007 at Novosibirsk, Russia. This volume contains 18 contributions to the Third Russian-German Advanced Research Workshop on Computational Science and High Performance Computing presented in July 2007 at Novosibirsk, Russia.
