Autorenporträt
Martin Welker, Prof. Dr. habil., hat an der Universität Mannheim Politikwissenschaft, Anglistik, Philosophie und Volkswirtschaftslehre studiert. Nach dem Studium Journalist, u.a. für die Deutsche Presse Agentur. 2001 Promotion an der Universität Mannheim. Ab 2008 Professor in München, Leipzig und Braunschweig. Seit Sommersemester 2015 Professor für Journalismus und Kommunikation an der HMKW, der Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft in Köln. Publikationen zu Partizipation, Digitalisierung und Online-Methoden.
