The author investigated the extent to which CALL may motivate learners to take charge of their own learning, associated with learner autonomy, and enhance their language learning. The results suggest that both students and teachers found it beneficial to work on CALL programs for individual study to develop students listening and speaking skills for several key reasons, relating to Motivation .
Autorenporträt
Bin Zou received his PhD degree from the University of Bristol (UK) and his MA degree from the University of York (UK). His research interests include English Language Teaching and Computer-Assisted Language Learning. He has published papers in a number of journals and edited several books. He has many years of experience in TESOL.
