Sini¿a Franji¿ je diplomirao na Pravnom fakultetu. Prije akademske karijere, radio je kao novinar u dvadesetak redakcija. Nakon uspje¿ne obrane doktorske disertacije u lipnju 2015, stekao je doktorat iz podrüja Kaznenog prava. Bavi se proüavanjem Medicinskog prava, Zdravstvenog prava, Kaznenog prava, Kriminalistike, Forenzike, Energetskog prava.
