The foregoing book covers main issues of Computer graphics and visualization, history of its development and area of usage. The first part is dedicated to Computer graphics purposes and structure, main directions such as vector, raster and fractal graphics are described as well as their working principle, ways of presentation, raster massive, graphic primitives, fractal building recipes and negative and positive sides of this directions. One of the most important issue computer graphics color and light, theory elements, Grasman laws, light attributes, color models (RGB, CMYK, Lab, HSB, Grayscale) regimes and palettes are also considered in this work. One chapter is devoted to the important issue - visualization. Computer visualization types scientific, software and informational are described. Some definitions of semiotics such as visual language metaphor and main provisions of computer visualization are also mentioned.
