This study addresses the different strategic stages of the computerisation of an information service. Its conception is based on the fact that it proposes an inventory of the current situation of certain information services while highlighting the responses that could be made. Lazare Tagro tiene un máster profesional con unos diez (10) años de experiencia en el ámbito de la gestión de documentos. Tras varios años al servicio de empresas, actualmente es director de proyectos para la creación de un servicio de archivos en UNICEF Chad. Sus consejos sobre los archivos son fruto de la investigación.
