Various techniques are planned and implemented with the aim of improving patient care and quality of life in hospitals, and many of these techniques are based on the use of technology to achieve their ends. However, the hospital environment is still poorly automated, both in the private and public sectors, and existing automation is only found in a few processes. In the quest for a better quality of care for pregnant women and their children, a lot of important information is collected and consulted throughout pregnancy. A printed card called the pregnant woman's card is currently used for this purpose. This card still has many limitations that could be overcome with the use of computer resources. With this in mind, the aim of this work is to develop a mobile application that will allow this data to be recorded and retrieved more accurately, safely, quickly and cheaply. With this application, data is collected during pregnancy by health professionals using mobile devices and sentto a server where it is stored and available in a database for future queries.
