Dottore in Scienze pedagogiche. Professore assistente e ricercatore presso l'ISCED-Huambo, nei programmi di laurea e master. Ha partecipato a eventi scientifici nazionali e internazionali e ha pubblicato articoli scientifici in riviste indicizzate e referenziate in Paesi come Venezuela, Ecuador, Cuba e Angola. È autore di tre libri e due capitoli di libri.
