The mission of this research was to conceive a twisting system able to minimize the variability of the mechanical tension applied to the copper strands by at least 80\%. The second was to minimize the friction of those strands and some system chunks to the level of 100\%. After implementing the first part of the solution proposed, we obtained zero friction and the tension variability during the whole twisting process has been reduced by 70\%. The remaining 10% was recovered after implementing the second part. To arrive on a such mission realisation, we adopted a very effective method to solve the industrial problems, it's about the DMAIC (D:define, M:measure, A:analyse, I:improve and C:control). And finally, while examining what was needed to solve the ancient problem, we remarked that some pieces should be remove, others should be added and the other ones should undergo modifications. This is how we came up to obtain a new system and we named it "satellite system" because its motions resemble to the ones of a satellite, and finally the project has been called " Conception of a satellite dispatching system" for Wire Twisting.
