An intercultural individual is one who is endowed with cognitive, affective and behavioral characteristics. These characteristics are not limited by a cultural, social or family framework, but are, on the contrary, open to cross-fertilization beyond the limits and psycho-sociological parameters of the individual. Therefore, intercultural identity requires a strong and plural knowledge of the universal and variable components of several cultures. The postulate on which all our work is based is elementary: in our opinion, communication has undergone profound changes. These are contemporary with a major observation: the intercultural component of this medium has been neglected until now. In other words, the decisive part that this component plays in the production, transmission and reception of the cultural message has been neglected.
