I discuss why immunity should not apply, not only for the President, but for all of Congress, who have committed misprision of treason, by not taking the charges of treason to a judge, and instead having a self exonerating committee. Trump levied war on the United States; He assembled an armed mob with the intent to overthrow the US government, and install a new jurisdiction; and by overruling the Governmental process that was being undertaken that day, by force; He did so. The rest of congress should go to jail: You can't defend the Constitution if you haven't read it: and if you stood yourself up, in front of the public, as someone who can, and lied about that: your oath is void, and you are a danger to have in the seat.
