Rezensionen
"...['Condition Zero'] is a remarkable book, at once philosophical, theological, psychological, anthropological, moral, and literary. It is the kind of book that often used to be written: a literate but unspecialized person writing to other literate people about matters of the first importance. I do not mean to imply that Mr. Loftis has not done his homework; I only mean that he is not bound by the vocabularies or operative concepts of some academic discipline..."
