Over the last few years, demands for an unprecedented series of educational reform have increased, and some of these "school improvement" are among the most popular initiatives. With this boom in reform has also come a rise in the need for success within these spaces and very little academic literature exists on how to focus on school improvement for better result. Traditional approaches are no longer adequate, as new reforms have completely radicalized success. This book, therefore, provides a new ways of working supplemental to the more traditional ways that most implementers currently use. Planning, structuring conditions, execution and challenges to primary school improvement in Oromia are analyzed in terms of theoretical knowledge derived from principles and experience of international project "Improving Quality of Education for All (IQEA)"among other ideas. Analysis should help shed some light on the concepts and practices for success, and should be especially useful to policy makers, implementers, and professionals in education and reform, and students following masters degree in educational leadership particularly those who have, or aspire to, management responsibilities.
