Aïcha Bennour is a talented and prolific Algerian novelist and short story writer who has been writing stories and novels since the late 1980s. Her works have been published in various editions across several Arab countries and in France, and some of her fiction has been translated into French, English, and Spanish, with some of her stories also translated into Italian and Turkish. She practices journalistic writing and has contributed articles and studies on issues concerning women and children. Numerous studies and university theses have been written about her works. She has won several awards in Algeria, Lebanon, the United States, India, and Great Britain.Aisha Bennour es una talentosa y prolífica novelista y cuentista argelina que escribe cuentos y novelas desde finales de los años ochenta del siglo pasado. Sus obras se publicaron en varias ediciones diferentes en varios países árabes y en Francia, y algunas de sus obras de ficción fueron traducidas al francés, inglés y español, y algunas de sus historias al italiano y al turco.
