Derrel Moore Jr. is an author, speaker, truth teller and change agent from Buffalo, NY. He is a youth advocate and mentor, focused on finding creative ways to reach and reclaim the youth that society has seemingly renounced. He is a fighter and a survivor with a unique perspective based on decades spent in New York's toughest maximum security correctional facilities from the age of sixteen. Derrel Moore Jr. is committed to using his life and his testimony to prevent other young people from following the paths that led him to a life sentence.
