The conflicts may arise in the schools due to the discriminations in a family, racial and sexual, unequal distribution of power and resources. Similarly, school is the essential part of our society, different religions, cultures, traditions, trends, political values; economic values develop together representing the different societies. This study is focused on management of conflict in schools. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors causing and influencing student's conflict at school level. The sample consisted of class teachers, students and their parents and head teachers of eight secondary schools of Birgunj sub municipality. Face to face interview, direct observation, Unstructured/structured questionnaire, document analysis and field note approaches were adopted to collect the necessary information. Percentages pi-charts were used to analyze the data and results were discussed by citing respondent's quotations.
