Conflict is present in our lives. It's natural. What we often don't see is that the conflict that happens all the time is an opportunity we all have to learn and grow. If we are able to see conflict as something positive, we will be able to find more effective and productive responses. That's how it was for me. After completing my Master's degree in Educational Mediation, I quickly realized that this was my path and embarked on a Postgraduate course in Conflict Mediation at UFP. I was included on the list of mediators in the Courts of Peace, became an independent member of the National Federation of Conflict Mediation and ended up taking the Family Mediation course at UFP. A doctoral student, wife, mother, worker, partner, I believe in dialogue, mediation and inclusion. Who I am continues to be a project of transformation in contact with others. Conflict mediation, essentially in the school sector, has allowed me to relearn and discover myself in and with others. I thus discovered the power of dialog and its vulnerability, which enables transformation and the creation of new ideas, new perceptions and new stories.
