Richard E. Rubenstein, J.D. is a University Professor of Conflict Resolution and Public Affairs at George Mason University and is a long-time faculty member and former director of the Carter School. Solon Simmons, PhD. is an Associate Professor of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University with a Ph.D. in sociology.
