C.T. John-Modest MUTAYONGWA ist nationaler Vorsitzender der kongolesischen Antibalkan-Bewegung MAC. Philosoph und Entwicklungspolitiker. Derzeit engagiert er sich im Kampf für die Antibalkanisierung der DRK. Autor mehrerer wissenschaftlicher und multidisziplinärer Bücher und Artikel. Redakteur der wissenschaftlichen Zeitschrift Éveil Congo und Herausgeber von ORASSU.
