Helen is well known in the professional and parenting world for her ability to translate her knowledge to baby and toddler sleep problems. She has worked alongside families struggling with baby and toddler dysregulation for over 20 years. As a registered nurse, midwife and maternal and child nurse qualified in infant mental health, Helen brings research and findings together in a way that makes the information accessible to both parents and professionals. Through webinars, training and conferences for academics to parenting groups, Helen's message to consider the infant experience is well regarded. As researcher and writer her focus on family mental health and wellbeing has resulted in her compassionate and informed approach to infant sleep being recognised worldwide.
