Jami Varela has lived a life that testifies to the power of resilience, human connection, and unwavering determination in the face of adversity. At thirty, Jami secured her first real sales job and discovered a passion for the field's potential. She was promoted to a leadership role within three years and joined the Paychex team in 2006. In her first year, she earned Rookie of the Year for her territory and received the prestigious Circle of Excellence award. Even while enduring a brain tumor and two craniotomies five years apart, Jami maintained her drive and adopted a mindset focused on possibilities rather than obstacles. She lives in Tustin with her husband, Carlos, and daughter, Ava.
