This work examines the attributes of the attiéké product for which consumers are most sensitive and prioritizes these attributes. In this regard, empirical studies have shown that consumers are more sensitive to price while placing greater importance on the product's particle size. Joint analysis is used and shows an increasing willingness to pay with each passing consumer requirement.

Amanzou Aubin is a doctoral student in development economics at the University Alassane Ouattara in Bouaké, Côte d'Ivoire. This paper is a follow-up to a project conducted at the Centre Suisse de Recherches Scientifiques (CSRS) on geographical indications. The knowledge of willingness to pay should allow for the setting of prices accepted by all actors.
