This book presents the way in which Swiss Ball training sessions affect interscholastic male athletes' development of their Body Compositions, Motor Fitness and Physiological Variables. The book has five chapters. Physical exercises are an ordered or systematic movement with or without equipment, the objective being increased athletic performance. Exercise from a practical standpoint represents any bodily exertion for the sake of keeping organs in a healthy state.
