The purpose of this book is to analyze the normative dispositions in the field of Education provided by the University Regulations of the UdeG; to be more precise, the possible violation of human rights of students who are on leave due to failure based on articles 33°, 34° and 35° of the RGEPA of the UdeG. Likewise, to know the processes for the issuance of resolutions and the application of sanctions by the university authorities and to contrast them with the provisions of Article 3 of the Constitution, in order to determine whether they violate the Human Right to Education due to the limitation of the same, or whether it is a simple act of authority based on the university autonomy contemplated in Article 3 and, therefore, they do not violate such fundamental right.
