BAHAR RUMELILI is Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at Koc University, Turkey. She researches and publishes on international relations theory, conflict resolution, and the European Union. Her articles have appeared in the European Journal of International Relations, Review of International Studies, and the Journal of Common Market Studies.
