The need to achieve an effective project delivery (procurement) system, both in economic and structural term and the prevalence of different items of communication makes it increasingly necessary for project managers to do thorough analysis of the different media of communication with a view to identifying and adopting the appropriate one most suitable for specific purposes. The economic and structural implication of any wrong choice make it imperative to adopt an adequate communication channel free of ambiguity and leaves no one in doubt regarding what exactly is being passed across-a pre-requisite for communication plan based on the project requirements and its execution.
