Dr. Abdullateef Adewale Shittu was born on 8th October 1974 in Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. He holds a PhD in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is currently an Associate Professor at Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. He has so many publications in construction-related areas.
