Bara Zuhair Albuoul, nació en Jordania en 1991. Ha terminado su licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil en la Universidad de Ciencia y Tecnología de Jordania, 2015, Jordania. Luego ha completado su educación superior en Gestión de Proyectos de Construcción como un Master en Ciencias en la Universidad Anglia Ruskin, 2017, Reino Unido.
