The book deals with an aspect of Green Marketing. It sees consumption behavior from the perspective of a consumer conscious of sustainable development. It tries to find how consumer's react to use of organic food, its consumption and what other factors might influence its purchase. It also deals with the farming of organic food in India with special emphasis on the city of Mumbai and two other states in India.
