Dr Chandra Sekhar Patro is Assistant Professor at Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (A), India. He holds a PhD in Commerce and Management Studies from Andhra University, India. He has published 44 research papers in reputed national and international journals and 42 book chapters.
