The consumers with the help of technology banking are able to do anywhere any time banking. Studies points out that it is the young, educated, high income earning male has been most benefitted out of it. Kerala is a state with high socio-economic status. There are studies on technology banking pertaining to Kerala and the present study has been conducted in Thrissur District by selecting 60 customers by way of convenient sampling. The secondary data required for study has been collected from various publications of RBI. The general banking perception and acceptance of technology banking by various socio-economic groups based on gender, age, area of residence, education, activity and income. For the purpose of analysis, percentage method, likert scale and the hypothesis was tested using chi-square. It is inferred that socio-economic disparities exist in the acceptance of technology banking, which calls for greater efforts to make it beneficial to all.
