The Monograph Consumers' Preferences for Dairy Products in Kosovo has four chapters. In the first paragraph this monograph are included: Abstract, list of tables, list of figures. In the first chapter are included: General Introduction, Objectives of the study, and Hypotheses of the study, Methodology and working procedure, Description of variables. In the second chapter are included: Literature review, Factors affecting consumers' purchasing behavior, Consumers' decision making process. In the third chapter are included the results of the study. In the fourth chapter are included: Discussion of results, Conclusions and Recommendations and Reference. The purpose of this paper is to analyze consumers' preferences for dairy products as daily consumer products in Kosovo. The basics of this study was the study through data collection, based on the direct method of interviews with milk consumers and dairy products. Within the working methodology for the design of this paper we have also used the following methods: the analysis method, the comparison method, the descriptive method as well as the empirical method and it is based on 205 interviews conducted with consumers.
