The purpose of this paper is to analyze consumers' preferences for dairy products as daily consumer products in Kosovo. The basics of this study was the study through data collection, based on the direct method of interviews with milk consumers and dairy products. Within the working methodology for the design of this paper we have also used the following methods: the analysis method, the comparison method, the descriptive method as well as the empirical method and it is based on 205 interviews conducted with consumers.

Dr. Njazi Bytyqi, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agro-economy, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, University of Prishtina in the Republic of Kosovo. So far, the author has published dozens of scientific papers in international scientific journals and participated in international conferences.
